The Car Concierge is a feature introduced in Gran Turismo 7 with the Spec IV Part 1 update (version 1.72) on October 15, 2026. It lets players request eligible classic and legendary cars without waiting for them to return to the usual dealership rotation.
However, the ordering process is not immediately obvious. If you open the Car Concierge overview and try to select an empty request slot, you might think the feature is not working.
The key: Start your request from Brand Central > Manufacturer > Vintage > Vehicle details > Car Concierge, not from the empty slots on the Car Concierge overview screen.
What Is the Car Concierge?
The Car Concierge is a vehicle-ordering service that becomes available after completing the main Cafe campaign and viewing the ending. From a manufacturer’s Vintage catalogue in Brand Central, you can choose an eligible vehicle and ask the Concierge to locate it for you.
The Vintage section features vehicles from 2000 or earlier. Depending on the car’s availability, you may be directed to the Used Cars or Legend Cars dealership, or offered the option to request it through the Concierge. The service may involve additional charges and a delivery waiting period.
How to Buy a Legendary Car That Is Not Currently Available
Example: McLaren F1 ’94. Suppose you want the McLaren F1 ’94, but it is not currently on sale in the Legend Cars dealership. Instead of waiting for it to return, open Brand Central > McLaren > Vintage, select the McLaren F1 ’94, and look for the Car Concierge option in the upper-right corner of the car’s details screen.
Here is the full procedure:
- Open Brand Central from the World Map.
- Choose the car manufacturer (for example, McLaren).
- Open that manufacturer’s Vintage section.
- Select the car you want, even if it is not currently available at the regular dealerships.
- On the vehicle details screen, find the Car Concierge option in the upper-right corner. It may appear as the Concierge’s name or portrait.
- Select that option to begin your request.
- Choose from the available vehicle specifications and condition options shown in-game.
- Review the price, any additional charges, and the estimated delivery time.
- Confirm the request if you are happy with the terms. You can then check your pending requests from the Car Concierge overview.
Important: Clicking an empty slot on the Car Concierge overview does not start an order. You must select a specific car in Brand Central > Manufacturer > Vintage first.
How Many Cars Can You Request?
The number of simultaneous Car Concierge requests depends on your Collector Level, up to a maximum of four.
| Request slot | Unlock requirement |
|---|---|
| First slot | Available after unlocking the Car Concierge |
| Second slot | Higher Collector Level; exact requirement not yet confirmed |
| Third slot | Higher Collector Level; exact requirement not yet confirmed |
| Fourth slot | Collector Level 90 |
Is the Car Concierge Free?
No. Ordering through the Car Concierge can include an additional service charge compared with buying a vehicle directly from a dealership. There may also be a waiting period before delivery.
Always check the final price, payment details, and estimated delivery date shown in the game before confirming a request.
Car Concierge Not Working?
If you cannot select an empty request slot, the service is not necessarily bugged. The most common source of confusion is starting from the wrong screen.
Go to Brand Central > Manufacturer > Vintage, select the vehicle, and activate the Car Concierge option in the upper-right corner of its details page. If the car is already on sale in Used Cars or Legend Cars, the game may instead direct you to the relevant dealership.
Is the Car Concierge Worth Using?
The service can be especially helpful if you are searching for a rare vehicle to complete an Extra Menu, expand your garage collection, or obtain a particular historic car without waiting for its regular dealership appearance.
Its main benefit is convenience; the trade-offs are the additional cost and possible delivery wait.
GIOK90 Tip: If the empty request slots make the Car Concierge look broken, don’t give up! Start with the car you want in Brand Central > Manufacturer > Vintage, then select Car Concierge on that car’s details screen.
