Important Note – Recommended Cars and Tuning Settings
The recommended cars, upgrades and tuning strategies in Menu Books 1–39 were personally tested by GIOK90 on earlier versions of Gran Turismo 7.
Since subsequent game updates may have changed vehicle physics, Performance Points (PP) calculations and tuning restrictions, the exact PP values and car behaviour may differ from those originally documented.
The recommended cars and tuning setups remain available as reference strategies, but players may need to make minor adjustments to meet current race restrictions or achieve the desired performance.
All original recommendations have been preserved to reflect the strategies tested during the creation of this guide.
Menu Book No.1 – Collection: Japanese Compact Car

Objective: Earn the B – 1 Licence

B-1 and B-2: start to brake when you reach the cones on the right side of the track
B-3: when you reach the apex decelerate very slightly
B-4: in the same point of the previous test brake slightly
B-5: take the turn at full speed
B-6: brake immediately before the white guard-rail on the left
B -7: brake when you reach the road sign on the right side of the track
B-8 the braking point is about 75 meters before the turn (use the signals on the right side of the track)
B-9: take the first turn at full speed, brake significantly in the second turn. Cut the corners in both turns.
B-10: in the first turn brake immediately before the point when the right curb is absent. Keep the inside during the turn and slightly brake in the last turn.
