Use the upgraded GT-R of the previous menu for the Alsace race. In addition to previous upgrades, install Close Ratio Transmission Low (Cr 6,000) and Power Restrictor (Cr 800) setting it to 98 % to reach about 699 PP. This race can be tricky.
Thanks to Alsace race you will win the Ford Focus Gr.B Rally Car to use it in the rally races. Install Dirt Tyres (Cr 5,000) on Ford Focus, no need to upgrade the car.
